Many baseball teams offer fan packs for requests made to their official fan feedback email. These packs vary widely, might include pencils, stickers, cards, tattoos, schedules, among other things. Some teams send them out, some do not. You can try for your favorite team by emailing:

fanfeedback@teamnicknamehere.mlb.com

The mets would be fanfeedback@mets.mlb.com, where as the Blue Jays would be fanfeedback@bluejays.mlb.com.

Simply send an email stating that you are a fan of the team and that you are requesting a fan pack if they have one available. Be polite, short, and to the point. Good luck on your team!
