These are general forms, and likely most applicable to US residents, but may be a good start for most everyone else as well. I would caveat this by saying that whether the filled-out documents have legal status will likely be determined at the local and state level, as well as any official regulatory body in the subject area (such as medical forms), so check with a professional you trust before you rely solely on these forms, but for things like service agreements, these are great freebies.
