Join the Quiznos mailing list and you'll get a coupon for a free Sammie sandwich. Include your birthday to join their birthday club, and you'll also get a free cookie that day.

Visit the Kashi Outreach site above and click on Free Snack. Follow the directions and select your snack of choice. The options are 7-Grain crackers, Trail Mix bar, or a dark chocolate cookie from Kashi. The FSF eats the trail mix bars regularly, so we picked the cookie!
